Trying to do a small job with TV DVD player in my RV. Audiovox TV has a video setting.?
DVD player is connected to a RCA to coax adapter. We hooked it, but can not do work with DVD player TV. I think this is because there is no video on TV remote deployment. My brother says we need a UV box or something like that. He did not can remember what it called. Back of the tv there is no room for the plugs, only coaxial cables. Coby DVD player is a small a remote.
You need an RF modulator. You can get them from Radio Shack or other electronic supply store. You plug the DVD video player your modulator, and it gives you a television signal or channel 3 or 4 (you can choose) to a hog output. You connect the input modulator TV antenna and tune your TV to channel selected. If your TV has a coax input (only with two leaders of the lead screw), you can get a transformer (called "BaLuN") to convert coax to twin-lead.
